Ingredients
Carbohydrate Mix (92%) (Maltodextrin (from Maize), Fructose), Electrolytes (4%) (Sodium Chloride, Calcium Lactate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Oxide), Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Flavourings, Sweetener (Aspartame).
Directions
Mix 40g of powder with 500ml water, shake well and consume within 24 hours.
